Convention with Usborne!

I have finally gotten time to post my convention pictures. There are quite a few, I am warning you. I had a great time and am so glad that I went. I learned a lot and made a lot of new friends. Usborne truly is a great company and I am glad that I made the decision to start my own business with Usborne books. Plus, I also enjoy that I am selling something that does have value to it. It really is important to have books in the home and especially amongst children. This picture is me in Randall White's office. He is our CEO.
Randall and I. Randall is not what I would have expected for a big CEO of a company. He is very witty and really just has a good time. It is fun when you see him doing Karaoke singing to Cotton Eye Joe and kicking his legs up or dancing with his granddaughter. You can tell he is very family-oriented which is exactly what this company stands for, being able to have the focus on your families. Me, imagining the day that I will be Executive and Director and in President's Club!
My roomies! I honestly did like them, I mean do like them! lol! Penny, Beth, me, and Sharman. We had a great time, plus no sleep.

This is in the warehouse. Randall is in the picture on the left and Peter Usborne is on the right. Peter was going to be at convention this year but he had a horse accident, I believe.
Sharman, next to Pipkin the Penguin. She is part of my team and we sure have had a lot of fun.
Warehouse!

Becky is in the middle. She is so much fun. Becky is my supervisor.
Becky and Sharee. Sisters!
Dr. Titzer. He is THE one who created the awesome program Your Baby Can Read. It was really neat listening to him and being able to talk to him afterwards. Dr. Titzer was telling us that his daughters are the only ones that he knows of that do not have library cards because they check out so many books that it takes too long to scan them all in the system. His daughters are just amazing, fast readers.
Dr. Titzer and I.
Becky, my supervisors, group. I am the one in the bright red. Haha! I was starting to wonder if I should have worn Black. Atleast Sharee, in the front, is in pink. Sharee and I will stand out, we are okay with that.
