Gatorland

We really enjoyed Gatorland. We watched Gators jump out of the water to catch their food, we also saw huge snakes and reptiles, and we even got to enjoy Gator Wrestling. There was a bit of a scare while we were there though and no, it had nothing to do with the Alligators. We could not find Maddison for a bit. Well, a bit meaning probably just more than 5 minutes. I know that doesn't seem like a lot of time to be missing someone but when it comes to your own child, in a public place, it is an extremely long time. When Grandpa finally found her, Maddison was pretty shook up....as well as I. We both held each other bawling for probably 5 more minutes. Needless to say, she held on to me the rest of the trip at Gatorland. Thank goodness. I sure hope that scared her enough to understand what we mean when we say stay right next to us.
