Fourth O' July Afternoon Fun

That afternoon of the Fourth of July we went to our friends, Julie and Brent's, neck of the woods in good 'ol Provo. First we went to a park along the Provo River. It was nice. The slight overcast made it a bit more bearable for the afternoon outside. Abigail had a great time and played with Benjamin for a bit.The boys took Maddison and Joseph. First they played on the "slides and swings", as Maddison likes to call it. Then the they took the kids down to the river. They had a great time walking around in the water.
It was gorgeous as well. The scene just makes it even more enticing to go and play in the water, doesn't it?!
After the park we went back to Julie and Brent's house. Some of us played cards while others relaxed. Of course we also had to treat our Fourth of July Festivities with some ice cream.
Abigail wants everyone to know that she is still around, even though she ended up going down for a nap.....kind of.
