Christmas was so fun this year. We decided to stay home in the morning and open our presents there first. It is nice having our own family time as well as seperate time at both Grandparents. We spent Christmas Eve at my parents house. After we did our own family time Christmas morning then we went to Geoff's parents house.
Santa did a great job this year. Maddison was very excited that Santa brought her more dress-up stuff. She loves dress-up. Her favorite dress that she used to wear all the time had to retire to the trash. It was torn and ratty. In fact, it reminded me of Cinderella when her stepsisters tore apart her dress that the mice made for her for the ball. Good thing we have some new dresses now between Santa and Grandma and Grandpa L. Isn't she a beautiful Princess?!
As you can tell by Abigail's facial expressions she was very excited with what Santa brought her. He must have known she LOVES Signing Time. Season 1 was just not enough to have around the house so of course Santa brought all of Season 2. Both girls thoroughly enjoy them and have learned so much from them.
Abigail and Maddison's cute little stockings. This is the first year they have had stockings. Maddison's is the reindeer of course(she had to have that one) and Abigail chose the snowman.

I've seen Signing Time on PBS, but never knew anyone who actually used it with their kids! That's awesome!
We started using it with Maddison when she was about 18 months....well...maybe less. I have seen other signing programs but not like Signing Time. Signing Time is easy to understand and fun! I can watch one video one time and know all the signs on it. You'll have to see the girls sign. It is pretty cute.
Yeah for Signing Time! You're girls are so cute!!
